Underground Wet Utility Crew – Foreman, Pipelayers, Operators, & Laborers (Full Crew)

Location: Office located in Maricopa, Projects all over the Valley

We are a fast-growing underground utility contractor seeking a full crew for wet utility installation projects.

We’re looking for experienced and reliable individuals to join our team immediately. If you’re a motivated crew ready to work, we want to hear from you!

Open Positions:

Foreman – Proven leadership experience in underground wet utility installation (water, sewer, storm drain). Must be able to read plans, manage a crew, and communicate with PMs and inspectors.

Pipelayers – Experienced in laying water, sewer, and storm pipe. Must understand grades, laser use, and proper bedding/backfill.

Equipment Operators – Able to safely and efficiently operate excavators, backhoes, loaders, and other heavy equipment used in trenching and pipe work.

Laborers – Hard-working individuals willing to assist with general duties including site prep, trench work, pipe handling, and cleanup. Entry-level or experienced welcome.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license (Foreman and Operators especially)

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass a drug test

Strong work ethic and willingness to work in all weather conditions

Safety-minded and team-oriented
