Maintenance Technician- Apartment Community

We are a Property Managment Company looking for a full-time maintenance technician. Base experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This position would be to maintain and repair items at an apartment community. Duties would include but are not limited to, painting, tear out carpet and flooring, garbage disposal repair, drywall repair, furniture removal, determining repairs required to turn a vacant unit, leaks, thermorstats, etc.

This is a 40 hour, Mon-Fri position.
