Maintenance Supervisor

Seeking an extremely experienced maintenance supervisor for small, Class A, luxury student apartment community (68 units) near University of Arizona. Minimum of 15 years of apartment maintenance required.

One property location- No driving around town!

Requirements:

HVAC Certification (minimum EPA Universal) + with Deep Expertise (TXV Valve replacement, brazing, etc, refrigerant recovery, etc)

Pool: Deep experience in pool chemistry, sand/cartridge filter systems, variable speed pumps. CPO certificate required.

Electrical with the ability to completely rewire a breaker-panel, 1-3 phase.

Appliance repair: motors, solenoids, part replacement, washer/dryers.

Plumbing: All pipe types, valve replacement, experience with brass soldering, clean-outs, toilet repair, etc.

Painting/Drywall: Color matching, expert finishing

Carpentry: finished carpentry skills- sub-floor replacements, window/door frame replacements, etc

Landscaping: trimming and maintaining all landscaping including grounds. Maintain all landscape tools (Stihl, etc)

Automotive: maintain in-house vehicles- brakes, suspension, alternators, etc.

Physical: you must be able to lift 75+ lbs, must have ability to climb stairs (3 story garden style), must have strong stamina.

Gates: experience with gate systems including gate motors, tracks loops, etc.

Must have all your own hand tools including power tools. Must have your own transportation- including work truck.

On Call (averages 2-3 call outs per month)

Monday-Friday with weekends as needed.
