Lead Painter and prep

Looking for a lead painter pay depends on experience, and also a prep painter. looking for someone with at least 5+ years as a prep and 5+ as a lead! One week Payed time off and two sick days after a year. Will have to drive to job sites for the first few months. One to two month probation period.
