Groundskeeping & Maintenance Trainee / Apprentice

Description:

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to assist with general groundskeeping, home maintenance, and light repairs. This is a trainee/apprentice position—perfect for someone eager to learn multiple trades and grow into a long-term role.

Responsibilities:

Routine yard and property upkeep (mowing, trimming, cleaning, irrigation, etc.)

Basic maintenance and repair tasks around the property

Assist with small construction, painting, and general labor projects

Help with electrical work (experience a plus, not required)

Follow safety procedures and maintain tools/equipment

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from the job site

Strong work ethic and punctuality

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Arizona weather

Willingness to learn and take instruction

Preferred:

Basic electrical or handyman experience

Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance background
