MGM Sweeping LLC is a fast-growing multi-service company serving Arizona’s construction industry since 2013. We provide street sweeping, water truck, portable toilet, dump truck, and construction cleanup services. Our mission is to help build better communities by keeping cities, job sites, and public spaces clean, safe, and ready for progress.
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our Glendale office and support our Operations, Accounting, and HR teams.
Responsibilities
Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, emailing, and document organization.
Make bank deposits and pick up mail at the post office.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and maintain accurate records.
Handle collection calls and assist with AP/AR updates.
Maintain and order office supplies as needed.
Assist with new employee onboarding, including E-Verify and random drug testing coordination.
Help complete customer and vendor forms.
Maintain the operations calendar and company records.
Assist accounting with data entry and form processing.
Support management with administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
1–2 years of office or administrative experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license (for occasional errands and mail pickup).
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $20 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
