Oversee framing operations across multiple communities

Coordinate daily schedules, manpower, and materials

Maintain production timelines and ensure quality installation

Communicate effectively with PMs, supers, and trade partners

Uphold jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization

Requirements

Proven framing experience — must understand build flow

Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Ability to manage multiple active communities at once

Reliable, self-driven, and solution-oriented
