The Digital Media Specialist will support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and remarketing channels to help drive measurable hiring outcomes for our clients. This role requires a strong foundation in digital advertising, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for analyzing performance and solving marketing challenges. This role will work closely with Senior Strategists, Customer Success teams, and Product stakeholders to bring multi-channel campaigns to life.  Job Responsibilities: Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across SEM (Google, Bing), Social (Meta, LinkedIn), and display platforms. Assist in the development of audience segmentation and remarketing strategies based on campaign goals and best practices. Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and contribute insights to inform optimization recommendations. Collaborate with account leads to align campaigns with broader funnel strategies and client objectives. Support creative briefing, UTM tagging, and QA processes to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time. Partner with analytics and data teams to troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure campaign data integrity. Stay up to date on platform updates and emerging digital media trends; share learnings with the broader team. Contribute to internal process improvements and documentation as part of a growing media function.
