CS Rep

Trim Carpentry company is seeking to fill a full-time position to assist our Customer Service department. We work with production home builders serving the valley for over 25 years providing warranty work on our trim finish carpentry material and install. This is fast pace environment. The below are requirements that we look for in our CS Reps. This candidate could grow and eventually cross train with our CS Reps should the candidate possess these attributes.

CS Reps must have the following Requirements:

Experience in customer service

Experience in residential construction preferred but not necessary

Exceptional multitasking skills

Excellent phone etiquette and people skills

Filing, data entry, general office duties as needed

Reliable and detail orientated, can work in face pace environment

Schedule service calls, follow up on return trip service calls, provide quotes for service and products t for non-warranty work

Must be available Mon - Fri, 7am to 4pm
