AECOM is seeking a Construction Project Manager IV to be based in the following location: DOUGLAS, AZ.AECOM is seeking a highly qualified resilient Construction Project Manager to provide embedded on-site PM/CM support for a Federal LPOE (Land Port of Entry) modernization construction project.  Project is located at the Raul Hector Castro LPOE in Douglas Arizona, and the position is fulltime embedded at the project site.  This opening is a multi-year full-time embedded on-site field construction support role serving as Construction Project Manager / Owner’s Representative. Position SummaryThis position requires someone who can confidently support a high profile complex multi-year project managing the scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management.Coordinate the other AECOM staff and specialty inspectors, provide oversight and technical quality review of the I/QAM work (who will coordinate and oversee of any third party Owner ordered independent supplemental or confirmation testing, and on the Owner’s behalf, to monitor and report on quality and progress to the AECOM Project Manager and GSA Project Team to support the delivery of a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time within authorized cost and to the required quality), and expert coordinate the observation and conformance verification of the construction work that will be done by the Design-Build Contractor on the Owner’s behalf.The Construction Project Manager must lead the integrated collaborative team that supports the Owner’s interests and shall possess an architectural, engineering, or construction background, and have previous experience on projects of similar size and complexity as well as satisfy the requirements listed below.Developing and controlling budgets and funding strategies.Scheduling and coordination of project interactions among existing and occupied facilities.Managing interdisciplinary teams of professionals and supporting labor categories.Integrating competing and/or conflicting elements into the planning and execution processes so that project requirements flow smoothly.Familiarity with Federal and local government office building projects, with procedural requirements, review requirements, and approval requirements
