Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Valley Wide Plastering, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized in office (7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) Customer Service Representative.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer in coming phone calls serving as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, responding professionally
and empathetically.
Schedule on time repairs, punches, warranty, buyer walks, etc. to the customer’s request.
Develop in-depth scope of work and product knowledge providing accurate information to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies while maintaining a positive brand image for the company.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent, an Associate’s degree is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficient computer skills.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations.
Construction experience is a plus.
