Open Positions & Responsibilities

Landscaping & Groundskeeping -Mowing, trimming, weed control, irrigation maintenance, and repair. General outdoor property upkeep

General Maintenance - Fence repairs and installation, basic plumbing, electrical, and facility maintenance, tool and equipment upkeep

Carpentry - Building, repairs, and improvements to ranch structures

Mechanic - Diagnose and repair tractors, ranch vehicles, ATVs, and small engines (gas & diesel)

Position Details

Type: Contract and direct employment positions available

Hours: Full-time and part-time

Compensation: Competitive and based on experience & qualifications

Requirements

Must be available to work weekends

Reliable transportation

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Experience preferred, but not required – willing to train the right person
