Provide support to F&B management team as well as all other duties required for the efficient operation.Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceMaintain complete knowledge of and comply with all company, property and departmental policies and procedures.Talk with guests in a warm, professional manner to arrange their reservations.Coordinate special requests and follow up with Colleagues & Management teamsBalance operational, administrative, and Colleague needs.Maintain “Open Table” & “7 – rooms” on-line reservation systemDrive and adjust menu engineering based off sales and applicable industry trendsWork closely with culinary team to ensure a successful service and guest experienceForecasting, scheduling and labor controlBeverage cost managementEstablish working relationship with Concierge to ensure guests’ needs are met.Works without supervision to ensure operation is running efficiently.Assist with preparation of Restaurant Event Orders as directed.Attend designated meetingsAssist with Silverware programming as ChampionAssist with obtaining designated Avero reportsComplete weekly potentials & Outlet Hours of OperationsAssist with Scores & Trust you responseAssist with TASAssist with ARM request as neededAssist with corporate compliance in menus and practicesAssist with online menu accuracy as neededOther duties as assigned.
