You will be responsible for providing outstandingcustomer service, employee relations, managing clerical tasks, and supportingthe daily activities of the office and business manager. This position requiresaccuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in afast-paced environment.KeyResponsibilities:- Tolearn all positions in the office and then learn the business managers duties.- Assist customers with car sale and repair related inquiries and transactions,ensuring a positive and efficient experience.- Process and maintain records, applications, and documentation in compliancewith regulations.- Manage data entry tasks, ensuring that information is accurate andup-to-date.- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondenceprofessionally and courteously.- Organize and file documentation both physically and electronically.- Provide support with scheduling appointments and managing new hires andemployee items.- Assist in preparing reports and compiling data as requested by management.- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall function of theoffice and business manager.Qualifications:-Careerminded individual with work ethic who thrives in fast paced work environments.- Mustbe able to pass a background and chemical tests.- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevantcertification is a plus.- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferablywithin or similar environment.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) andoffice equipment.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.Benefits:-Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.How toApply:If youare interested in joining our dynamic team, please submit your resume and acover letter detailing your relevant experience.
