Looking for a Maintenance Man

We are looking for someone reliable to get small jobs/tasks done.

Must be able to drive to different locations around Fairbanks.

Part time, hours vary and flexible: 10-20 hours per week average.

Either as independent contractor or as an employee.

Job Responsibilities include:

-Minimal Maintenance

-Light Plumbing

-Light Carpentry

-Light Painting

-Light Yardwork in summer

-Other light work as necessary

Perfect for retired person looking for part-time employment

Hourly Rate: TBD – Based on Experience
