Lead Budtender at Small (Non-Corporate) Dispensary

Highpothermia, A Small Batch Cannabis Shoppe is looking for an experienced budtender with retail, cash handling & leadership skills for the position of LEAD BUDTENDER. Monday - Friday 9:30 am- 5:30 pm (Flexible for the right person). Wage: $18/hr+ DOE (& Tips)

Job Duties:

Open/ or close store

Budtend

Work independently

Coordinate tasks with management and staff

Re-stock supplies and products

Label

Inventory assistance

Assist in admin/promotions as needed

Oversee other budtender

Clean/organize

Solve problems

Handle customer complaints while on duty

Weedmaps updates

Maintain compliance

production as needed (prerolling, trimming)

We are looking for someone with an excellent work ethic & customer service who is excited to come to work every day and work hard. This is a great opportunity to work with hands-on owners who grow all the in-house flower themselves. You will be able to learn straight from the hands that grew the flower you sell.

Candidate must have the following qualifications:

1 year+ Budtending

6 months+ managing others

2 years+ customer service

2 years+ cash management

A valid Driver's License

Reliable vehicle

Clean record

a High School disploma or GED

Basic Math

Basic Computer Skills

Ability to communicate

Positive attitutude

Good references
