Job Site Cleaner

Job Description:

We are a small drywall and painting company looking for a reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Job Site Cleaner. This position plays an important role in keeping our construction sites and completed projects clean, organized, and looking their best.

This position includes cleaning and maintenance work for construction job sites and residential homes. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Job site cleanup and debris removal

Detailed cleaning to make finished areas look new and ready for clients

Masking, prepping, and light painting touch-ups

Assisting with basic job site maintenance and organization

Supporting crews with end-of-job finishing tasks

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor

Must be dependable and able to work independently or with a team

Full-time or part-time available

Pay based on experience
