Caregiver

Position: Caregiver for Assisted Living Home

Overview:

Our assisted living home is seeking a compassionate and experienced live-in caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and instructions

Plan and prepare nutritious meals, taking into account individual dietary restrictions and preferences

Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment for residents, including performing light housekeeping duties such as laundry and dishes

Monitor and report any changes in residents’ physical or emotional health to the appropriate medical professionals or family member

Engage in social activities and conversation with residents to promote their emotional well-being

Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities


Education and Training:

Certification in CPR and First Aid required

Valid TB test required

Schedule:

Part time 4pm to 8pm

Salary and Benefits:

$20/hour
