Anchorage Process Servers

Established reputable company seeking responsible, charismatic individuals for consistent night and weekend work delivering legal documents. Must have own vehicle, vehicle insurance and be bondable.

On-the-job training provided. Perfect opportunity for a retired individual looking for a new venture and/or extra income! Or perhaps you already have your process server's license and are looking for a new company!

If you are already licensed and not currently serving for another company, we offer a signing bonus upon employment commencement. An additional bonus is offered after one year of employment with an additional one year employment commitment. If you are not currently licensed, a bonus is offered after one year of employment with an additional one year employment commitment. Licensing expenses will also be reimbursed with one year employment commitment.

Currently licensed process servers are encouraged to apply immediately! For unlicensed candidates, you will train while studying and before you take/pass the process server’s exam. The length of the exam process is dependent on the applicant’s ability to pass the exam. On the job training will resume once you are licensed. Once the applicant passes the exam and is licensed, we will reimburse licensing expenses.

Requirements:

21 years of age or older

Pass state required exam and background check

Have valid vehicle license and reliable vehicle

Have no convictions or felonies

Ability to learn via on-the-job training

Have auto insurance that is continuous (no lapses in coverage)

Be able to adhere to strict rules of confidentiality

Be organized and have attention to detail

Be self-motivated and persistent

Be flexible

Preferred (but not required) skills:

Confidence in reading maps and using GPS

Some knowledge of the court system
