Cabinet shop Forman and an apprentice

I am in need of an experienced cabinet shop foreman, someone who can take directions and follow through. Self-disciplined, can work without supervision who puts quality and schedules on high priority. Also looking an apprentice, must be able to read a tape measure to the 16ths of an inch, follow directions, be dependable and reliable.
