Prep / Line cook

Currently hiring for cook positions to help in our growing restaurant. positions will include both prep as well as work on the line for service. offering fixed schedule weds-sunday as well as inclusion into tip pool.

Qualifications

optimistic problem solving

18 and up

previous work in a restaurant preferred, will train

curious and coachable and willing to work in a small kitchen space

Be able to lift 30 pounds & up

Able to stand for 6 hours or more per shift

Must be able to travel to middleburg VA to work

Must be legally eligible to work in the US and have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Accurately follow recipes

Taking instruction, maintain clean work space, observe food handling best practice, & take pride in work

Prioritize, multitask with ease and work independently but also work well with others as needed

Communicate with management & staff any needs, changes, & equipment operations / maintenance

Ability to work effectively and efficiently with people at all levels across the company

Continuously maintain an open-door policy

Receive direction & constructive criticism well, with a desire to improve and grow

Benefits

35-40hrs / week, no Mondays or Tuesdays

Hourly rate plus inclusion into tip pool. The busier the restaurant, the more you make.

Pay : $20-30 hr
