Landscape Labor & Nightly Parking Lot Work

I need someone who can run a weedeater all day some days when needed. There will also be some chain saw work, some landscape installation work, some mowing with a zero turn or a walk behind mower, exterior painting, concrete work, changing ceiling tiles, patching walls and various other tasks some labor intense. I also need the same person to be open to working some Saturday & Sunday nights 10PM- 5AM cleaning up trash at retail center parking lots, blowing leaves & changing out trash can liners. Everything is provided and you'll never have to work the day after you worked all night. The commercial property maintenance work is growing so knowledge of general Handyman type work is a plus. If someone has their own truck and doesn't mind using it some, they will be compensated for fuel, tolls and use of vehicle.
