Position Overview:

As a Residential Wireman Electrician specializing in generators, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, with a particular focus on generators for residential properties. You will play a vital role in providing our clients with reliable backup power solutions, enhancing their comfort and peace of mind. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and a proven track record in working with generators.

Responsibilities:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential properties, with a specialization in generators.

Collaborating with clients to assess their backup power needs and recommend appropriate generator solutions.

Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to plan and execute generator installations.

Conducting thorough inspections and tests to ensure the safety and functionality of generator systems.

Troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a residential wireman electrician, specializing in generators.

In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid electrician's license/certification and any additional certifications related to generators.

Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
