Landscape Crew member

We are looking for a dedicated team member who wants to expand their experience and grow their career with our team. We are a locally-owned professional landscape company specializing in high-quality residential landscape installation and bed maintenance. We DO NOT MOW. Let me repeat, we DO NOT MOW. We provide services to high end residential landscape customers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: planting trees and shrubs, mulching, pruning, laying sod, installing drainage, watering, and general clean-up of client properties.

$18-20 per hour. Direct deposit weekly to bank account.

Minimum Qualifications: Our ideal teammate would be someone who:

Can be at work and on time every day

Has a great attitude and willingness to learn

Can be flexible as our schedules change depending on the weather and season

Leaves the drama at home

Takes great care of company vehicles and equipment

Is respectful of co-workers and clients

Has a great work ethic and can work alone without supervision

Uses provided PPE appropriately

Stays off the phone except for business calls and emergencies

Can lift 50+ lbs. frequently throughout the day

Can stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist throughout the day

Has a valid government I.D.

Can pull weeds and clean debris from job sites

Has the ability to learn from and work well with others
