Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm, friendly demeanor.
Provide exceptional valet services, ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles.
Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
Meticulously maintain records and efficiently manage parking logistics.
Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.
About You
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations, and how to keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.
You arewell-spoken,professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service while working.
You are over the age of 18 years old, possess a valid state driver's licensewith a clean driving recordas well as the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.
QualificationsAbout The Job OurHospitality and Valet Team, is the first and last impression for patients and guests during their hospital visit, which positions them to make a huge impact daily! This team understands thatpeople come first, as they strive to be the embodiment of customer service while interacting with patients, guests, and hospital staff: Welcoming people and going above and beyond while assisting with additional services such as unloading/loading of vehicles, assisting with mobility challenges, and even offering wheelchair / escort services as needed; is just a small part of what this team does to elevate the patient experience! Shift Details
Monday - Friday
10:00am - 6:00pm
Minimum Requirements
Over the age of 18 years old
Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
Possess a valid active in-state drivers license
Have driven, and maintained, a clean driving record for the past 5 years
High school Diploma or GED (Preferred not required)
Will effectively build relationships with patients, guests, hospital staff, and your team
Must prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details
Can stand during entire shift in an outdoor environment
Will move with urgency and speed
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to problem solve
Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English
Bi-lingual (not required but a plus!)
Drive a manual transmission (not required but a plus)
Hospital Requirements
COVID-19 Vaccination.
Pre-employment drug test.

$15.00/hour
