Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Corporate Human Resource Department to drive recruitment, retention, employee relations, and execute special projects.

Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and programs to attract and retain top talent.

Oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires, and collaborate closely with facilities to address staffing needs promptly.

Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office proficiently to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.

Organize and manage recruiting events such as job fairs and open houses to enhance candidate pipelines and employer brand visibility.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions in the area to support talent pipeline development.

Actively participate in talent acquisition initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate setting.

Demonstrated proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Flexibility to travel throughout New York State as needed.
