Position SUMMARY The Manager, Tapestry Medical Management provides day-to-day management to a staff of analysts responsible for providing high quality system services to HFHP, ensuring a maximum return on information technology investments and superior customer service to our members, associates, providers and brokers.Primary Accountabilities

Track day-to-day operations of all work assigned across team members.

Lead client-facing discussions to understand business direction and produce proactive plan to produce results in a highly dynamic and formative environment.

Work proactively with other IT leaders to ensure projects, issues and ideas are addressed effectively and to continue to provide a positive working environment across the department.

Support department Director and/or Vice President and IT executive leadership by providing timely proactive updates and by attending meetings with stakeholders and vendors.

Work with their team and other departments in identifying the nature and impact of problems/issues as well as providing timely communication for any escalated problems or issues that will impact the IDN.

Identify opportunities for budgetary and application improvement that would enhance the needs of the customers and provide a positive impact to those we serve.

Responsible for planning capital and operational budgets, monitor and track budget throughout the year, adjust expenditures as necessary, and work within approved annual budget.

Exhibit ability and willingness to learn and apply new skills, keep abreast of current technology developments, work with minimal supervision, understand how team responsibilities relate to other areas and to use team resources effectively.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education:Bachelor degree in Health Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Information or related field.

Licensure:None

Certification:Epic certified within six months of hire.

Work Experience:

Five years of experience working in healthcare with a focus on utilization management, care management, or population health programs.

Five years experience with data analytics or data science.

Work Experience in lieu of Education:Additional four years of utilization administration support or configuration.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Advanced level of understanding and application of general systems concepts and their integration with IT problem solving skills.

Effective communication skills to include demonstrated ability to present to various levels of audience.

Ability to problem-solve.

Effective teaming, organizational and support management skills.

Seven years working with care management, utilization management, or population health systems.

Three years supporting data initiatives.

Three years business governance experience.

Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, stooping.

Long periods of computer time or at workstation.
