Accountant

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking an Accountant to sit in Waterbury, CT for a large chemical manufacturing company. Day to day this person will be working with the finance service center team. This accountant will be responsible for preparing balance sheets, assisting in preparing and reviewing financial reporting, and assisting with internal and external audits. This individual must be able to enter data using Excel and create month-end reports. 1-3 years of experience in Accounting

Experience with general ledgers, balance sheets, bookkeeping, month-end checklists, etc

Strong knowledge of Excel (VLookups, PivotTables, macros, etc) Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting

Experience using SAP and Blackline

Experience in the manufacturing industry

Knowledge of T Accounts null
