Production Manager Needed Immediately

Looking for Home Improvement production manager.

Requirements:

- [ ] Minimum 2 years of experience in Home improvement company as a production manager.

- [ ] Experience with CRM of home improvement.

- [ ] Experience and knowledge with permits and inspections for projects.

- [ ] Management skills and self management skills.

- [ ] Self learner and can has decision making skills.

- [ ] Leadership and taking responsibility on projects management.

- [ ] Overseas projects and payments for projects.

- [ ] Management of state payment per job progress.

- [ ] Inspection schedule management.

- [ ] Sales reps management with progress of projects.

- [ ] Purchase suply and materials.

- [ ] Reading contracts and invoices.

- [ ] Computer skills: emails, google calendar, create invoices, word, excel etc.

- [ ] Spanish is a bonus.

Monday - Friday

8-4 or 9-5.

Friday can be shorter day with flexibility.

Job from office only and not remotely.

Must have proof of experience and knowledge.

Office is in North Hollywood.
