We are looking for a full-time, in-office Office Administrator to provide administrative support, complete bookkeeping and accounting tasks, facilitate personnel matters, and oversee all forms of insurance with additional involvement in HR and safety. You should be an experienced, dependable individual with the ability to work autonomously and provide creative input as an integral part of the team. Familiarity with the agricultural and/or manufacturing industry is also an advantage. Job hours are 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
Accounting (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)
Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
Administration
Insurance (commercial, employee health, worker’s compensation)
Personnel management (onboarding, managing employee leave, EPN Program, records management)
Involvement in safety
Answering phones and directing calls
General assistance with special reports and projects
Records management
Requirements:
Five years management/administrative experience preferred
College education preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft products
Familiarity with Quickbooks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Independence
Basic knowledge of safety regulations and labor law preferred
Hourly wage $27+, dependent on work experience and education. Please include references.
