We are seeking an experienced Catering Executive Chef that would play a pivotal role in ensuring the culinary success of events, parties, and gatherings.

Pay: $70k - $90k plus Gratuity and $200 for each event.

Schedule: Will Vary, Event-Based.

Job duties:

Collaborate with team to create diverse and appealing menus tailored to different events, dietary needs, and client preferences.

Hands-on involvement in food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.

Overseeing kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Directing and supervising kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.

Providing guidance and training to kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills, efficiency, and professionalism.

Working closely with event planners and clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any special requests regarding food preparation and presentation.

Conducting regular quality checks to maintain consistency in food taste, appearance, and portion sizes.

Assisting in budget planning and cost control measures to optimize kitchen operations without compromising on quality.

Bringing creativity and innovation to the table by suggesting new dishes, techniques, or presentation styles to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional culinary experiences that align with their expectations and preferences.
