Commercial Client Services SpecialistThe Commercial Client Services Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to Commercial and Specialty Deposit Group Leaders, Relationship Managers and their respective clients and prospects. Acting as the primary point of contact for targeted commercial and specialty deposit clients with complex bank account structures and servicing requirements, plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing commercial banking relationships.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Serves as the primary contact for targeted commercial and specialty deposit clients with complex bank account structures and servicing requirements.

Assists clients with all routine servicing needs, including account establishment, management, and maintenance requests.

Maintains a thorough understanding of the industries, relationships and portfolios supported, ensuring accurate and professional customer service delivery.

Assists preparation of statements for clients, along with conducting reconciliation and investigation efforts when needed.

Actively engages with Commercial and Specialty Deposit Group Leaders, Relationship Managers, and clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support as needed.

Assists in contract and documentation review, as well as account onboarding processes.

Maintains the organization’s brand and service excellence culture through superior industry, product and service knowledge, personalized service, and ensuring client satisfaction during and after the account onboarding process.

Collaborates with Deposit Relationship Managers and Business Partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and support client needs effectively.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to commercial and specialty banking and deposit services.

Performs other duties as assigned.

5+ years of experience in Commercial Banking relationship management.

Strong understanding of complex commercial and specialty account structures, banking payment systems and treasury management services.

Demonstrates knowledge of specialty industries and fiduciary accounts (Escrow, Title, Exchange Accommodators, Property Management and Homeowners Association).
